The Integrated Communications Team connects the voices of EA's 500+ million players to our global game and strategy teams, facilitating healthy conversation working together to build thriving communities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, North American Football, you will work across the social team, supporting social needs for the EA SPORTS Madden and EA SPORTS College Football franchises. This role is remote with a remote workplace.

You have a knowledge of College and NFL Football, and a data-centric approach with a clear understanding of social channel platforms, analytics and what content engages our player communities. You will also work with team members on the Communications team and Brand teams as part of the full marketing execution for North American football games.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute ideas and best practices for campaign moments and evergreen moments in a campaign window

  • Ensure all posts are correctly tagged within the social management tool, Sprout to ensure overall campaign understanding and accuracy in reporting

  • Support with creating content briefs and recap slides, highlighting important insights and results from social activations

  • Scan our social channels for opportunities to connect/engage with other brands, athletes or channels

  • You help track and submit PO’s and invoicing needs

  • You create tracking links for all specific NA Football social media content for post campaign results and pull the numbers for reporting, working with the CFB and Madden social managers to deduce context.

  • In partnership with the CFB and Madden social managers, create social channel flash reports for important campaign moments & create and share weekly channel performance reports for both titles.

  • Manage assets for archiving & recap purposes

  • Support the team with needs from Legal, including contract and document process

  • You support the team with operational needs, including ensuring Purchase Orders, Invoices, & our social budget are accurate

  • Help publish content to our NA Football social channels when needed

  • Support with creating or updating graphics in Photoshop with a quick turnaround time

  • Archive video content timestamping for owned and partner content being used on NA Football social channels

  • Support with video edits for real-time content being posted to social channels

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of social media management tools (ex. Sprout) for reporting

  • You follow social, digital trends and best practices across multiple industries to recommend new ideas for our NA Football franchises.

  • You have created and updated assets in Adobe Photoshop and similar tools

  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Editor

  • You have created and updated content in Google Docs

  • Your soft skills help with accomplishing the daily tasks, improving productivity and communication with our internal and external partners
