We are looking for experienced engineers who are passionate about building solutions that address problems faced by our partners. Our team will be focused on providing our partners with comprehensive capabilities delivered through reliable services by implementing and promoting SRE values and patterns within our team and across the partners we work with.
You will be important to our mission to create the platform to take us into the next generation of quality tools which will scale to meet the demand of ever increasing game complexity. You will work with a variety of teams which is a chance to learn from each team’s experiences and share their ideas and best practices across the organization.
You will report to our SRE Technical Director and work with team members and partners worldwide, contributing to the creation of our platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and improving reliability across our systems.
Responsibilities
You will create distributed, cloud-based solutions using modern approaches and best practices.
You will create tools to aid in the orchestration and management of infrastructure and applications.
You will encourage and improve knowledge sharing by working with peers from across the organization, sharing your experience, learning from others and contributing to our shared knowledge base.
You will focus on improvement, evaluating the performance of our solutions and seek ways to improve them.
You will perform root cause analysis and post-mortems with an eye towards future prevention.
You bring the following skills or experiences to our team:
5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on development or operation of diverse and complex services and legacy systems.
3+ years of experience with Virtualization, Containerization, Cloud Computing (AWS or Azure preferred), VMWare ecosystems, Kubernetes, or Docker.
2+ years of experience monitoring infrastructure and application availability.
Experience delivering resources to reduce onboarding and integration time for partners.
Automation and orchestration experience including Terraform, Helm, Ansible, GitLab CI.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments.
Enthusiasm to work within a team formed of members from multiple countries and cultures.
