We are looking for a Senior Quality Designer to focus on automation strategy based on our needs ahead of us. You will work with other teams to create evolving solutions to spread throughout our mobile products. You will also promote software & game quality within a team distributed across multiple locations. Sharing your experience within our Quality Designer community, you will have influence and learning opportunities. Together, we will manage a series of software testing processes to achieve the highest levels of quality on the product. You will report to the Development Director II in Mobile Quality Verification. Responsibilities

  • Guide the automation teams to scalable test strategy and frameworks from the QA perspective

  • Contribute to the development of internal standards that can be communicated with development teams and quality verification teams alike.

  • Develop new ideas for tools and process to help raise the quality bar.

  • Communicate in the format of writing videogame feedback reports, which may also be communicated in the form of a presentation or video.

  • Partner with quality team to apply automation and tools to improve the QA process and testing Value to partners.

  • Provide assessments and communicate relevant feedback that includes risk and effect.

  • Mentor local and remote test teams to help them find solutions to complex problems and grow their capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall experience in quality assurance.

  • 4+ years of experience providing working large-scale automation solutions

  • 7+ years of experience in quality tools and process improvements

  • Experienced defining test strategy, test automation/ frameworks, telemetry.

  • Confidence to speak directly to others at different levels and provide direction in area of expertise

  • Experience working within a collaborative team environment across many locations/time zones.

  • Experience mentoring others to grow

  • 3+ years of experience in a videogames company or similar
