The Digital Merchandising Senior Manager will join our Global Commercial Organization, as part of the GCO Partners & Ventures team, a passionate global team putting players first by delivering relevant content, promotions, and amazing experiences to players everywhere.

You will lead a group of merchandisers, responsible for designing seamless player journeys across multiple digital channels, identifying merchandising strategies to promote acquisition, engagement and help achieve EA's digital sales targets, globally.

You will report to the Digital Merchandising Director and will be a contributor to the broader Global Commercial Organization.

What a Digital Merchandising Senior Manager does at EA:

  • Lead a group of merchandisers to successfully manage display space on e-tail sites, digital storefronts and partner programs, to maximize the reach and visibility of content and its relevance to each player segment, including personalizing content, pricing, and
  • Develop a high-performing team via an inclusive team culture, where everyone feels they belong, and can deliver on their business results, aligned to assigned K
  • Oversee and support the team throughout the year, defining workload needs and ensuring its fair
  • Act as an escalation point for the team
  • Work with internal partners, such as marketing, production, commercial, operations and analytics to establish successful working frameworks for the merchandising
  • Work with external partners, such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and Epic to negotiate and implement merchandising plans and representation across their digital
  • Identify test and learn opportunities for new merchandising strategies to improve digital experience, value, and
  • Work with peers and leadership to drive merchandising innovation and platform
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to leadership on merchandising performance across all our accounts’ digital

The next great Digital Merchandising Senior Manager also needs:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, eCommerce, product launch, or related roles, in the gaming or digital entertainment
  • Managed a team, directly or dotted line, that successfully delivered cross-functional
  • Managed external and internal relationships with senior interactions, building mutually beneficial relationships with
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills adapted for a global
  • Experience designing and optimizing digital consumer journeys/experiences and associated merchandising
  • Can maintain strict confidentiality with privileged
  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
