The Challenge Ahead:

The Marketing, Commercial and Positive Play (MCP) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team supports EA's WW business across all products and channels. Key collaborators include Demand Planning, Analytics, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.

While our group manages the traditional FP&A activities, the important objective is to maximize overall profitability of the business and provide support to the business.

You will be based in one of the North America hubs and be part of the Commercial FP&A Corporate team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager based in Geneva, Switzerland. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support our Digital account managers in the tracking, consolidation and reporting of our Global Revenues.

What a Senior Finance Analyst does at EA:

  • Business partnering – support account managers by providing financial insights and assessments of commercial programs
  • Report on performance of financial metrics across our platforms. Keeping a regular pulse on the business to communicate risks and opportunities.
  • Forecast – updating impacts of financial metrics to the quarterly forecasts
  • FP&A support: Provide an ongoing support to our FP&A teams, aligning knowledge and driving efficiencies across the global group.

The next EA Senior Finance Analyst also needs:

  • Bachelor's degree with +3 years of experience within an accounting and FP&A
  • Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA / equivalent preferable
  • Fluency in English
  • Experienced user of financial reporting applications (Anaplan / Power BI)
  • Written skills appropriate for all levels of management
  • Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organizational agreement
  • Passionate and enthusiastic to achieve results
  • Team Player
