Purpose of the Role:
Playing an integral role within our Sales department, the main purpose of this internship will be working closely with our Sales and Trade Marketing Team, providing them support in a variety of functions;
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support to the sales team in the management of retailer sales data and stock position by account, facilitating to each Business Partners Managers the information required for the re-ordering process.
- Elaborate on-demand sales reports and presentation in power point related to the Sales activity, for internal and external use.
- Provide general administrative support for general tasks within the Sales and Trade marketing department.
- Coordinate the relationship with the creative agency for the development of all the marketing assets needed for the digital and off-line retail marketing activity.
- Monitor and analyze all online retail marketing activity.
- Collect all the materials (pictures, reports…) we receive from our partners, organize them and make them available for the Sales team.
- Elaborate a social media/online report on a monthly basis with all the assets collected when checking retailers' websites and social channels.
- Help the Commercial Program Manager in the elaboration of the pre-order incentives plan and files.
Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements):
- Studying last year of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication or related studies.
- Interest in developing his/her career in the business areas related to sales, account management and/or retail marketing.
- Well organized and methodical person.
- Good level of competence on all Microsoft programs; especially important a good knowledge of excel and Power point
- Strong knowledge of social media channels.
- Problem solving oriented mentality
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload and deadlines
- Hard Worker
- Excellent level of English and Spanish (reading and writing)
- Passion for learning
- Passion for Videogames.
