Project Manager on the Information Architecture team

We're looking for a Project Manager on the Marketing Operations & Technology Information Architecture Team.

Overview of the EA Marketing team

This encompasses all our amazing games and experiences, including The Sims, Madden NFL, FIFA, Apex Legends, Battlefield 2042, and It Takes Two (Game of the Year, 2021). Overview of the Information Architecture Project Manager role:

Reporting to the Director, Information Architecture your team is pioneering new concepts at EA, applying the power of metadata to unlock creativity at scale. Your commitment to operational excellence ensures we accomplish our goals on time and within budget and is superseded only by our shared commitment to co-creating a culture that is aligned with EA's values.

Responsibilities:

  • You know how to guide a small team through the Agile process, ceremonies, and artifacts
  • You are inspired to pioneer the use of Agile principles to the Information Architecture domain
  • You are an ambassador for the team, representing our interests and accountabilities with our partners
  • You have exposure to managing project budgets and invoicing processes
  • You have creative ideas on how to integrate a growing sustainment function into the team's operating model
  • You have experience mitigating risks across multiple concurrent workstreams

Qualifications:

  • You have three or more years of project management experience
  • You are experienced with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
  • You have used Jira and Confluence or similar systems to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • It would be great if you have experience with content management or taxonomy management systems and teams
  • You understand the software development lifecycle
  • You excel in an environment where change is part of the cycle of how we do business
  • Scrum Master certification is desirable
  • University degree or college diploma
