The central User Generated Experience (UGX) program supports games as they introduce creative experiences for their players. There are many enterprise systems required for players to create quality, fun and interesting content and to ensure that content is safe, discoverable and delivered to the right players when it’s ready. The UGX program consolidates the communication and interaction across central teams and ensures game team needs are understood, documented, communicated and executed on.
As a UGX Program Producer, reporting to the Executive Producer of UGX, you will ensure delivery of key capabilities games will build upon to introduce and manage creative experiences in their games. You will be the contact for game teams, manage delivery across many contributing teams, understand and translate needs of game teams to participating development teams and contribute to the program strategy.
This role will report into the Executive Producer.
Location (Remote): Vancouver, Redwood City, Seattle, Toronto
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution plan for the overall project spanning multiple teams in multiple departments
Project planning and communication, including cost, duration and sequence/dependencies of contributing teams and their deliverables
Resolve problems to ensure efficient and predictable plan execution
Reduce Complexity for Games - Be the single POC for the project for game teams
Understand game’s UGX aspirations within your project area and categorically define runbooks that work across multiple scenarios with some customization
Provide guidance to game teams within the scope of their workstream(s) on where to use applicable run books and work with them on necessary customizations to reach game team goals
Understand and represent game team needs within the project and UGX program
Work with product leads to ensure visibility into clear and easy to understand product vision for project
Work with product, program & engineering leads to ensure end-to-end delivery of capabilities
Work with UGX Operations Lead to contribute to a clear roadmap across all required capabilities
Skills / Requirements:
5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner/Producer or program manager
Experience with OKR-driven mentality
Experience with waterfall and Agile development processes;
Experience in project where multiple departments are contributing to the product
Experience in game development is a bonus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $136,600 - $219,000 USD Annually
Jersey City, NJ : º $171,100 - $219,000 USD Annually
Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $136,600 - $202,300 USD Annually
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
