About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced performance data expert to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Performance Delivery, you will analyze large performance datasets, identify actionable insights, and develop data-driven solutions to support decision-making across the Live Fan Care organization. You have a strong background in contact center data analysis, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to clearly outline complex findings to non-technical partners. You are familiar with contact center operations and understand the internal levers and external drivers that impact data and performance.
What you'll do:
Connect our performance data with our operational tactics to derive insights that lead to change around our challenges and opportunities
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify performance trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful and actionable organizational insights
Leverage fan intelligence to create and visualize performance data and actionable findings for our partners
Collaborate with multiple teams to define requirements, gather data, and provide analytical support for planning and project work
Monitor and evaluate data quality, integrity, and accuracy to ensure the reliability of analytical insights.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
At Least 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling
Good to have knowledge in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Great at solving problems and turning complex data into actionable insights
Great at explaining technical ideas in a way everyone can understand
Can work well alone or with others in a busy, delivery-focused environment
