This Product Marketing Lead will play a critical role within EA’s Mobile Marketing organization. You will lead the Product Marketing function on a high profile launch, chairing a large cross-functional team to develop a global GTM strategy and act as the strategic business partner to the studio and the voice of the player within the broader organization. You will lead all marketing initiatives with the support of 1-2 direct reports and a cross-functional team composed of internal team members and agencies including Product, UA, Platform Partners, ASO, Social, Influencers, Creative, and Promotional Partnerships to drive business growth. As the leader of the brand, you will also contribute to merchandising and licensing conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Marketing Strategy to drive business goals in collaboration with cross-functional team and studio partners.

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new game + live services.

  • Conduct market research and translate insights to inform the roadmap and marketing strategies.

  • Continuously research market trends and be the voice of the market to the CFX team.

  • Lead the cross-functional team and agency partners (creative, UA, Platform Partners, Social, Influencer, PR, ASO, Brand, etc)

  • Brief all internal and external stakeholders on marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging and approve all assets to ensure consistency across campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies and external partners.

  • Work with Creative team on marketing asset development

  • Collaborate with Analytics to build accountability (targets, experiments)

  • Produce campaign post-mortems to highlight learnings for Growth & Studio team

  • Partner with finance and operations on budget management for brand initiatives

  • Manage marketing campaign calendars, asset deliveries, and messaging for target audiences

  • Implement and track ASO improvements across app stores

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing

  • Experience developing creative with internal teams or external agencies

  • Analytical marketer who can translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience managing a cross-functional team

  • Preference for a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Integrated Marketing experience including paid, owned and organic channels.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines

  • Experience with influencer marketing a plus

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $162,300 - $252,600 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
