Key Responsibilities

  • Support to Korea Mar-comm Lead to shape, prioritize, build Korea culturalised campaign plan for for EA games and EA SPORTS titles based on market and business requirement
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including publishing, cross global/regional functional marketing team, 1st party, football league and clubs, global/local brands
  • Brand and campaign content production
  • Manage marketing agency and marketing budgets, resource with positive ROI
  • Look for best brand partnership for EA game and EA SPORTS brand
  • Collaborate with Asia CGD team to develop culturlized eSports-marketing program development for EA games and EA SPORTS
  • Deliver EA-led campaign strategy to operator marketing team to execute on time
  • Day to day communication with operator marketing team to shape campaign plan for Asia studio brands
  • EA signature marketing program operation (K-POTM)
  • Manage regular cadence of report and analysis
  • Research gaming trend and customer insights

Skill Requirements

  • Marketing background in gaming or IT, consumer goods industry
  • Proven marketing experiences on creative, strategic approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Candid, Can-do, proactive mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in Korean and English
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Passion for Games, EA game a plus
