Reporting to the Global Director of Influencer Strategy & Relations, Battlefield is looking for an experienced International Influencer Lead to be the head of our creator-driven marketing strategies in Europe. This role is important to expanding our presence in the region, aiding in the launch and eventual growth of our creator programme, and driving activations that resonate across gaming and popular culture. You will combine strategic experience with creative problem-solving to enhance our game's profile through impactful influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Lead and collaborate with market managers in the development of creator go-to-market planning across multiple counties that align with global creator and brand plans.
Oversee the successful launch and growth of Battlefield's creator programme in Europe.
Empower specific markets to design unique and effective strategies to be executed exclusively within their market.
Content Development & Creator Growth
Build value that contributes to the growth of content creators associated with Battlefield, enhancing key metrics such as ACCV, subscribers, and views.
Develop, manage, and track creator content, building analytical reports showing content efficacy & ROI.
Build Strategic Partnerships with Agencies & Creators
Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier creators across Europe, including those in gaming, sports, music, and popular culture.
Innovative & Unique Activations
Design and implement never before seen activations to boost conversation volume, content spikes, and positive community sentiment.
Team & Budget Management
Lead a small team of influencer managers and agency personnel across Europe.
Manage budgets effectively, reflecting the scale and needs of a AAA title.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an influencer marketing or similar role.
Experience managing a team of influencer managers and agency personnel across multiple countries.
Expertise using influencer marketing tools and platforms for optimising strategies and efficiency.
Establish and grow partnerships with regional agencies and talent.
Experience creating and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Proficiency in managing substantial budgets associated with AAA titles.
Must love video games with a passion for FPS titles preferred.
