As a Senior Artist in the FIFA group, you will use your expertise in visual design systems, storytelling, and craft to shape the future of live service cosmetic content. Working closely with Creative Leadership, you will bring your artistic curiosities to the table and apply your knowledge of 3D modeling, graphic design, and illustration to drive the development of large scale seasonal game assets. You will be responsible for assisting the Art Director with seasonal design direction, maintaining the art direction vision, aligning stakeholders, liaising with and providing feedback to internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of high quality assets.

  • The ability to synthesize data and insights to inform your creative ideas
  • The ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading a team of artists.
  • Experience providing art direction feedback to artists and vendors
  • Experience working with concept design, Illustration and graphic design.
  • Experience with 3D modeling.
  • Experience with texture creation for 3D models.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience creating briefs for in house and external use.
  • Experience working with AAA projects preferred but not expected

Expected Duties:

  • Create direction briefs for 2D & 3D environment assets.
  • Create direction briefs for wardrobe assets.
  • Obtain stakeholder alignment on briefs.
  • Provide asset review, feedback and approvals.
  • Manage relationships with partner teams and vendors.
  • Manage the relationships with commissioned artists and vendors.
  • Research and gather references for briefs and direction packages.
  • Mentor junior artists
  • Establish best practices and consult on process and workflow improvements
  • Some design and/or illustration work
