Multiple Locations: Redwood City, CA - Orlando, FL - Austin, TX

We are looking for an innovative experienced product leader with a track record for driving IT product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery. Our product leaders are natural evangelists and strong influencers, able to effectively communicate with executive leadership including the C-suite.

This role will be responsible for guiding the future of IT’s product offerings and enabling better play at EA. Overall responsibility for the end-to-end product life cycle. This includes: user and business needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to user enablement and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a vision for the future of IT’s product offerings and evangelize this vision with our business stakeholders, external business partners and EA employees.
  • Plan, develop and execute a long term technology roadmap in the following areas:
    • Player Experience
    • Company Operations
    • Employee Experience
  • Work cross-functionally and with business stakeholders to execute the technology roadmap
  • Lead the product teams across the different domains
  • Build a great culture of passion, determination and inclusion within the teams
  • Be a champion in promoting and evangelizing IT’s product strategy across EA - Studios, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience and HR
  • Maintain market awareness and knowledge of industry tech and product trends

ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant product management experience
  • Experience managing and developing teams within a large organization
  • Experience managing managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Proven project/program leadership skills with the ability to multitask, delegate and prioritize
  • Financial acumen to manage and adhere to plans, budgets and variances
  • Proven ability to evaluate and manage risk
  • Positive approach to influencing others and getting work done
  • Ability to balance the pressures of a fast paced, productive environment while maintaining a pleasurable atmosphere
  • Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and organization structures
  • Willing to travel as and when required
