As the Director of Product Management reporting to that GM, you will build a product to engage users, and build a PM team from the ground up. You plan, and prioritize the product vision with your peers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps and priorities
  • Work with other leaders to guarantee a unified vision to ship successful products
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of products
  • Writing product specifications, that take into consideration design and engineering requirements
  • Create feature proposals, while prioritizing those that meet our goals and user needs
  • Lead the product strategy to promote interoperability and scale
  • Create the research strategy to ensure product decisions are data-driven and meet user needs
  • Remain current on technological trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies
  • Manage your team across multiple products
  • Create products that align with business goals

About You:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of team management
  • Experience leading a product to market
  • Experience with both user facing features and customer support
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and communicating decisions to leadership
  • Research, statistical reasoning, and data analysis abilities (including multivariate testing)
  • Experience writing product specifications, and white papers
  • Experience with complex game systems (e.g. game economies)
  • Passion for games/entertainment products and creating fun and engaging products for users
