Role Overview

In the Integration Development Manager position, your responsibilities include developing and managing a team that assists with and enhances integration procedures and developing new policies for integration. You will join an Integration team dedicated to providing new tools and technology to the Battlefield Franchise, working closely with engineers and testers to manage their scope, capacity, and commitments to the broader Battlefield organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scope, capacity, and execution of the integration team to ensure efficient and effective code and content integration processes.

  • Manage a team of integration engineers to provide new or refine existing tools, technology, and processes to facilitate quick and high-quality integrations between Battlefield development lines.

  • Collaborate closely with Battlefield development and QA teams to enhance integration procedures and develop new policies.

  • Analyze data to identify and resolve issues presented by other engineering teams.

  • Maintain oversight of continuous integration systems, establish and track KPIs, and keep detailed records of integration procedures and results with regular communication on status.

Skills

  • Strong foundation in project management with strong stakeholder management.

  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, and scrum.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

  • Experience with program management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
