Content Management Solutions

The Content Management Solutions team, which sits within Growth Marketing is seen as an essential arm of the business. Our team is hungry to spearhead change, has a lean-in mindset, and is eager to architect efficient unified campaign workspace solutions. We believe we are on the cutting edge of marketing content operations and are looking to grow a well-rounded powerhouse. Responsibilities

Marketing at EA is a global, highly dynamic interdependent network of teams that brings to life state of the art campaigns for some of the most exciting games on the market like EA SPORTS FC, APEX or Star Wars. Content Management Solutions is the mortar between the bricks; bringing process, technology, and people in order to enable the smoothest possible journey of Growth Marketing content through our workflows.

You will be a main point of contact for cross-functional teams in the content pipeline, and participate in the architecture of a Unified Campaign Workspace for the Growth Marketing team:

  • Provide support on the implementation of tools and processes that streamline a healthy content pipeline.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement content pipeline improvements, specifically within the media planning landscape.

  • Assist in capturing EA’s content pipeline steps, from planning to deployment.

  • Identify all key stakeholders involved in the content pipeline.

  • Manage partner relationships that influence positive change within the Growth team.

  • Oversee content pipeline projects that prepare the business for future automation.

  • Build workspaces and dashboards that can be used to aggregate data.

You will pave the road to automation and help our business to scale up:

  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and ways to increase content scalability.

  • Translate business needs into new ways of working with existing and future tools.

  • Bring standardization to the content pipeline processes and workflows.

  • Partner with our developers to build solutions using internal and external tools, and help translate business needs into features.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Content Management, Content Production or Media is nice to have.

  • Experience with Content delivery/management is nice to have.

  • Bonus points for experience in video games or similar dynamic sports/entertainment environments.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Office suite, G Suite, ability to create clear visuals and documentation.

  • Familiarity with various paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Video Ads, and Display) and their content requirements.

  • Have a good understanding and technical knowledge of content formats.

  • Strong understanding of the content creation and deployment process.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience using cloud based tools like Airtable.

  • Understanding of taxonomy and value of a connected pipeline.
