Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert of EA procurement-related policies, and technologies.
  • Maintain partner relationships to determine requirements for implementing guided buying or catalogue experiences, with a focus on our teams based in Europe and Asia-Pacific regions
  • Help develop roadmap for delivering guided buying or catalogue experiences globally.
  • Work with the global purchasing team to advise collaborators on procurement-related inquiries and issues.
  • Partner with the global purchasing team to maintain user guidance and training programmes and materials.
  • Manage procurement programme documentation, standard operating procedures for maintaining guided buying and catalogue applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement support and catalogue content.
  • Partner with partner groups to work on activities in compliance with EA policies and procedures.
  • Help develop programmes and best practices to improve procurement experience and performance; improve and refine usability of guided buying experiences.
  • In partnership with IT, support the maintenance and configuration of procurement technologies, including e-sourcing, customer support, and internal applications.
  • Support the research, identification, and implementation of improvements to procurement digital infrastructure and applications, with the goals of reducing manual processes and improving self-service opportunities.
  • Ensure data-driven by supporting the development of procurement performance management infrastructure, including reporting on performance metrics, driving visibility with analytics, and identifying contribution opportunities.
  • Support development of long-term roadmap of team improvement goals & objectives Participate in procurement- and supplier-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 4+ years' experience, including work in a shared service organization.
  • Experience with procurement-related software Institute of Supply Management Certification or other industry certifications Fluent in communication.
