A Business Development Manager at Electric Square will:

Establish a strong existing portfolio of industry partners to create new opportunities.
Leverage industry relationships to identify, create a business case and promote internally.
Coordinate internal resources and work with project management teams to establish roadmaps and processes.
Develop and maintain key working relationships with existing publishing platforms.
Work with internal teams to drive and manage RFP process.
Develop priority-setting process, identify blockers and solutions, and facilitate execution.
Organise and attend client meetings, presentations and games industry trade shows etc.
Present Electric Square’s services in line with briefs.
Create effective solutioning which matches back to agreed stake holder requirements.
Generate leads through existing networks or industry knowledge and research.

Requirements

Experience in business development, account management or partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of the games industry and internal game development processes.
Proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to forecast opportunities.
An existing network of contacts within the games industry.
Extensive experience in Business Development within the Entertainment/ Videogames industry
Multilinguistics a plus, but not essential
