Social Media Manager

Meme game strong? Know you can grow and manage esports communities on social? Create content on the fly and get the tone just right? The right person will be given the authority and trust to run our platforms. EGF is looking for a social media manager to own our output and grow our audiences across all social platforms. EGF is the definitive varsity platform for Division I collegiate and high school esports in North America. Schools from around the country are joining Season 2 of EGFC starting this Fall. We have big plans to build out new content channels to support our mission to grow the entire varsity esports ecosystem. Join us.

Responsibilities:

• Own the output on social channels.
• Manage publishing schedules.
• Create content on the fly to showcase the best our leagues have to offer.
• Work with member schools social channels to share and amplify content.
• Work with our Creative Director to ensure social output follows guidelines and meet our standards of excellence.

Requirements:

• You create the best memes in your Discord server.
• Passion for esports and gaming.
• Through understanding of social publishing.
• You can tell our CEO the next social platform we should be looking at.
• Basic video editing skills to repackage and publish content on social.
• Knowledge of US collegiate system.
• Great communicator.
• Aspiration to be a part of building something big.
