We are looking for a strong creative and business thinker who can conceptualize, collaborate and partner with our sales and product teams to create attractive sponsorship solutions, that help brands build successful marketing strategies in the global esport and gaming sectors.

What We Want You To Do

Your task is to create attractive sponsorship solutions for our partners, based on customer needs and DreamHack inventory/opportunities.

Listening to customers and working closely with our Sales, Product and Event teams internally you will help craft sponsorship packages that equip our sales team with powerful solutions to pitch to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Define creative and sellable sponsorship solutions based on existing/new DreamHack inventory
  • Manage the internal conversation (Sales, Product, Event) required to define sponsorship deliverables and activations that are both attractive to our partners and possible to execute on for DreamHack
  • Manage specific larger and custom partnership projects as project manager.
  • Become an internal expert on DreamHack’s product offering and how to activate sponsors
  • Understand how esport and gaming sponsoring fit into a wider marketing mix of large consumer-oriented brands
  • Be able and willing to support in pitch presentations
  • Attend training and on own initiatives develop relevant knowledge and skills.

You have a track record in b2b sales project management and business development. You are comfortable making presentations and sales collateral and present to customer. You are a strong relationship builder who can navigate both customer and internal stakeholders. You set high standards for yourself and also expect the same for those around you. And you love a happy customer.

  • Have experience within a sales organisation that work with creative sales in a b2b setting
  • Have a successful track record of crafting creative marketing/advertising-related projects
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in creating budget proposals and sponsorship packages
  • Are thorough, with a high amount of attention to detail
  • Are driven, self-going and great at taking own initiatives and decisions
  • Are customer oriented and service minded
  • Have good knowledge in Keynote or Powerpoint
  • Have a passion for digital entertainment
  • Are fluent in English
