Creative Producer:

Dexerto is seeking an ambitious and talented Creative Producer who will lead the execution of large-scale content initiatives across Dexerto properties. You will be responsible for leading the development and creation of assets, content and activations in support of the commercial and editorial teams. The successful candidate will be organized and tenacious , with extensive experience in project managing and collaborating within a cross-functional organizational structure.

The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with management, inhouse content teams, and outsourced consultants to drive changes and ensure deadlines are met. An exciting portfolio of creative production activities with a unique offering preferable, as well as an understanding of the media and news industry. This role primarily leads the strategy, planning and execution of the best in class content to drive the growth of the Dexerto network.

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant experience within a strategy, production and/or creative role at an agency, brand or property
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary depending on experience
  • Extensive portfolio creative work across a range of media types
  • Detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to think strategically and activate creatively
  • A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of production for multiple platforms, with technical knowledge of production
  • Drive the creation of the highest quality original creative content and narratives
  • Pitch creative ideas regularly and in response to gaming, esports and digital entertainment briefs
  • Experience negotiating with production and talent representatives
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of content created, learning from results and implementing changes across strategy where needed.
  • Ensure visual quality and accuracy of details are paramount throughout and appropriate for the brands involved
  • Identifying unique opportunities to leverage content, creative, and technology to drive influence execution
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Gain a solid understanding of our vision, our culture and our mission
