Demonware is a member of the Activision family of studios. We work alongside engineers and creatives at our AAA partner studios and deliver the online and data services required by our franchises. We craft, develop, and host services for some of the world’s biggest video game franchises, including Call of Duty and Crash Bandicoot.

Demonware hosts millions of concurrently connected users. Some of the technologies we use are Python, Linux, MySQL, C++, and Erlang. We solve tough problems on a day-to-day basis, and interns have a huge impact on what we do. We’ve had interns produce code and have it running in production within the first three days of joining.
The Role
Responsible for adding/editing content (copy, images, video, metadata) into CMS based on stakeholder feedback.
Execute the day-to-day content updates and localizations for web and mobile products, including coordinating with translation team.
Support development of new website functionality working directly with the front-end engineering team.
Collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities for optimized and personalized experiences that drive business goals
Develop familiarity with performance KPIs for track trends, share insights, make recommendations to key stakeholders
Assist in the scheduling of ongoing Web-based tests, analyze test results, and develop reports and presentations for key stakeholders
Ensure project milestones are met and on-track.

Knowledge of iterative testing (A/B testing, multi-page testing, multivariate testing)

Familiarity with analytics to contribute data-driven insights and execute optimizations that to enhance acquisition KPI's
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
Proficiency in tasks related to testing ideation, tracking schedule assignments, and online optimization roadmap of tests across channels both in and out of game
Execute tests and targeting experiences across channels in coordination with design and engineering
