General Purpose

  • Offer highest satisfaction RMA service to distributors according to warranty policy
  • Manage RMA orders, refund and shipments
  • Handles all customers’ inquiries in the best interest of the customers and Corsair

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Maintain company <24hr response time standards for all customer inquiries
  • Effectively communicate and execute Corsair’s Limited Warranty Policy
  • Manage daily backlog for assigned customers
  • RMA receipt discrepancy resolution across all HUBs
  • Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates consistent attention to detail
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Language skills: Good in English reading and writing
  • BA/BS or 1-2 years’ experience in RMA Support or Customer Service Rol
  • Good personality, Enthusiastic and dependable
  • Demonstrates good judgment and critical thinking towards customer needs
  • Ability to multitask and close inquiries fast and efficiently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to research and resolve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Possess the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Excel (intermediate & advanced skillset) excellent at Excel, Word, etc.
