General Purpose:

  • Lead administration of stock-related activities globally.
  • Liaison between accounting, payroll, HR and legal areas.
  • Set up and maintain integrity of Equity Edge system for employee stock options, ESPP and other forms of employee equity.
  • Process stock transactions.
  • Generate and distribute equity reports for management and equity holders.
  • Answer participant questions related to equity.
  • Implement and maintain controls including those related to SOX.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Manage equity compensation programs on a global basis.
  • Help prepare equity sections of externally-filed documents.
  • Streamline all policies and processes related to equity to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with accounting, HR and legal teams.
  • Respond to all executive and employee queries on Corsair's equity plans.
  • Work with Corsair's legal function to ensure compliance with federal, state and foreign regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years or more experience in public company in stock admin role.
  • Frequent interface with senior leadership.
  • Ideally, IPO experience.
