At SCUF Gaming, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Coordinator to join our forward-thinking marketing team. This role is integral to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy, focusing on enhancing the online shopping experience and driving sales through our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be deeply passionate about digital marketing, possess a strong analytical acumen, and have a thorough understanding of the gaming industry. Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Think like a customer: Continuously improve the online customer experience by analyzing user behavior, conducting user testing, and implementing enhancements to increase conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support website merchandising tasks partnering with the larger e-commerce team – including product set up, categorization, promotion and campaign set up based on the commercial calendar with full website replication responsibilities using Shopify and Contentful.
  • Create and maintain item master in collaboration with Sr. Manager of Ecommerce to gather and maintain product information.
  • Manage and execute product-level promotions, price changes and product info in Shopify, Jasper and Contentful.Β 
  • Responsible for accurate product attribution and the relevance of attributes to the overall product assortment and site navigation
  • Optimize navigation, sorting, refinements, and onsite search identifying opportunities utilizing Business Manager, Contentful CMS and Google Analytics; drive changes based on consumer behavior and competitive insights.
  • Support content publishing using the Contentful CMS platform, and deliver in a timely manner with high accuracy.
  • Mine consumer feedback via online ratings and reviews and customer service team to identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze and report on daily / weekly / monthly onsite content & merchandising performance using Google Analytics to provide recommendations to be reviewed by the ecommerce team, documenting results and sharing best practices with the rest of the team.
  • Conduct regular on-site testing for accurate product navigation and proactively identify and correct issues that surface.
  • Partner with product and creative teams to ensure product page set-up aligns with strategic intent by maintaining and updating site standards of page creation
  • Conduct monthly competitive analysis to understand market trends in campaigns, promotions, UX/UI, website features, etc.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising with proven experience in online category management and merchandising
  • Strong verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual who is analytical in nature with a keen eye for online merchandising, design, UX principles/best practices and touts a structured approach to tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work, excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working in Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
  • Be data driven, analyze data quantitatively & qualitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions and identifying opportunities
  • Passionate about gaming and familiar with the gaming community and culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
