The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building e-sport eco-system, including e-game system planning, e-game event/competition planning, e-game brand promotion, etc.
  • Responsible for the brand building and operation strategy of e-sports events, and planning the overall operation of the event.
  • Complete the investment brand map, develop and maintain relation with sponsors.
  • Responsible for international cooperation strategies, explore targeted models of innovative business model and any new opportunities.
  • Refresh market trends and intelligence analysis on a timely basis, grasp advanced technology, develop annual marketing plans and resource layout, and create new business model.
  • Closely follow up advertising, public relations, events, media and other promotion activities, timely adjust the plan according to the actual situation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of brand experience, extensive experience in cross-brand implementation, brand promotion or advertising experience.
  • Having strong marketing planning experience, creative and high-level communication skills, able to produce marketing schemes independently, having successful experience in large-scale marketing events.
  • Good at data analysis and finding problems through data,then quickly optimized the data.
  • Have strong ability of project management and execution, and having high sense of responsibility.
  • Having a full understanding of mainstream game business models, especially the competitive game products in the market, and be able to integrate successful business models into the actual system design.
