Responsibilities:

Manage amd guide our Offshore Production team (located in house in Temecula, CA) who work with our overseas factories in China and other countries.
Maintain production schedules and ensure that shipments meet deadlines and launch dates.
Ensure we produce our orders efficiently and cost effectivly by avoiding air freight.
Overseeing all orders through production, including timelines, testing, quality control.
Work with freight forwarders; oversee importing and shipping logistics by ocean and/or air
Source new factories for reliability, cutting edge manufacturing techniques and lower pricing
Work with inter-departmental staff for product development and refinement
Creative, and proactive troubleshooter to quickly identify and resolve problems at all levels

Requirements:

Extensive experience manufacturing offshore particulary China
Proven ability to keep orders on schedule and on budget
International manufacturing, importing and exporting experience
