Community Gaming is seeking an experienced Partnership Coordinator to facilitate partnerships of future large scale competitive gaming tournaments.

About Us:

Community Gaming is an online tournament platform and esports events company. Our tournament platform combines social gaming, match automation, and smart contract payment tech to make it easy to organize and compete in esports competitions. Community Gaming has produced 200+ events for games like League of legends, Dota, CS:GO, Valorant, as well as blockchain games like Axie Infinity, Skyweaver, Gods Unchained and Splinterlands.

Duties:

Research, cultivate and manage meaningful relationships with relevant companies in the blockchain and gaming industry to grow partnerships and sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the Community Gaming team to maximize partnership opportunities on upcoming events to work insync with our road map.
Develop and deliver custom proposals to potential partners within the gaming and blockchain industry to sponsor and team up for various tournament series.
Independently manage a sales funnel from prospecting through to closing.
Stay up-to-date on our current partners announcements and releases to preemptively plan future tournaments to coordinate with updates in their products or games.

Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience.
Have basic knowledge in esports and the blockchain industry.
Previous experience coordinating partnerships for larger scale events in the competitive gaming industry.
Exceptional skills at building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Ability to navigate and understand the companies and the blockchain technology we are working with.
Accustomed to fast paced environments while thinking strategically to prioritize upcoming competitive gaming events methodically based updates in the roadmap and the latest blockchain news.
