Community Gaming is searching for a Partnerships Fulfillment Associate to join our Sales and Partnerships team. This person will work under the guidance of the Head of Sales and Partnerships and will collaborate with our internal events team to ensure the success of partnered events. Your primary responsibility will be serving as the liaison between current external partners and internal teams to thoroughly satisfy partnerships deliverables and requirements through partnered and live-streamed events.
Responsibilities:
- Check in and work with the internal events team to ensure the success of partnered events during the execution portion of activations.
- Review internal event team graphical assets and bringing to partner for approval
- Communicate pipeline between partner and internal teams during event(s) after partnerships have been planned and signed.
- Review exhibit sections of executed contracts while working with the internal events team to ensure that all partner deliverables are thoroughly satisfied.
- Generate post-event reports to communicate the successes and opportunities of the current and future event series, both statistically and qualitatively.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of esports events and ecosystem (you know how they work, what’s needed, and the possible pitfalls of working with an external partner)
- Experience working and communicating with external partners and companies
Preferred:
- Experience working in/at esports tournaments, event series, publishers, or leagues
- Knowledge of web3 / blockchain concepts
- Experience with Monday.com
