Community Gaming is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our marketing team. This person will work under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and collaborate with our creative team to manage the workflow, providing insight to capacity, creating and maintaining deadlines for multiple customized deliverables for a variety of esports events and marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities are to maintain the organization and flow of the creative department with all relevant tasks and to coordinate with the marketing team throughout the process from intake to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring in scalable, repeatable processes for our in-house teamโ€™s workflow.
  • Assign various graphic design projects by artist's skill.
  • Handle internal communications between the graphics team and the deliverables requestors.
  • Handle all artist brief intake for the creative department and set deadlines for creative requests.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all dynamic data requirements for projects are met.
  • Shepherd projects from start to finish, always able to update leadership on project status.
  • Schedule internal and cross functional creative reviews.
  • Assist Head of Marketing in organizing additional creative projects.

Qualifications:

  • +2 years experience in creative project management and workflow.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that can vary depending on projects, including overtime, and weekends
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to spot and solve operation inefficiencies
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects that vary in size and deadlines.
  • Understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, usability, and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to bounce between multiple projects, and requests while maintaining a consistent quality.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback on creative projects.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technology, workflows, and software.
  • Good spelling and spell-checking skills.
  • Keeps up with cutting edge design trends and market research data visualization techniques
