Business Intelligence Engineer will be part of the Racing Analytics team and will help us scaling up our analytics capabilities.

Reporting to the Director you will work with data engineers, analysts, and game developers to make sure all the Racing Games studios will have the data they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, improve, and maintain our cloud data flow from the different games into our analytics tools.

  • Working closely with our Data developers to ensure that all the tools are working smoothly.

  • Working with the analytics team to understand the data needed for the various analysis and translate our requirements to technical specifications.

  • Working with game studio, IT teams, Central EA teams and 3rd parties to make sure data is implemented following design and that data flows with minimal data issues

  • Debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting BI and Data solutions

  • Taking part with building reports, dashboards and visualizations

  • Help the analytics team to enrich the data by connecting to new data sources and APIs

Qualifications:

Technical skills

  • Work experience developing using Python

  • Working with very big volumes of streaming data

  • Experienced with SQL, including stored procedures and UDFs

  • Experience with develop BI reports using BI tools (PowerBI / Looker / Tableau)

  • Experience building cloud infra – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

  • Experience working Snowflake as analytics layer

  • Familiarity with tasks management tools (Jira / Trello / Monday / Asana)

Other qualifications

  • Experience with games

  • Working in gaming industry or similar product
