In order to sustain Coda’s fast global growth, we are looking for a seasoned B2B Marketing Director. The mission is to strengthen our leadership position toward games and apps publishers when it comes to monetising their content. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be instrumental in making Coda top-of-mind for games and apps publishers, by articulating and executing the B2B marketing strategy.

You will be more specifically responsible for:

  • Defining the B2B marketing strategy to position Coda as the leading monetisation partner for game and apps publishers worldwide.
  • Recruiting and managing a high performing B2B Marketing team to support the execution.
  • Working constructively with internal stakeholders in the different functions (Publisher Team, Product, Finance, Legal…) to ensure perfect alignment with our B2B approach.
  • Establishing Coda as a thought leader in our areas of expertise (gaming and fintech), and enabling our senior leadership team to participate in online discussions, conferences and other brand building opportunities.
  • Shaping our corporate branding.
  • Organising Coda’s presence in key industry events (GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy etc).
  • Defining and reporting on the success metrics to reflect B2B Marketing progress.

Requirements:

  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience in driving successful B2B marketing strategies for fast-growing companies.
  • You have a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
  • You have a track record in getting PR content published in top tier media.
  • You have high standards for great work and a strong track record of leading high-performance teams.
  • You have outstanding communication & presentation skills, with strong strategic and analytical capabilities and pay great attention to details.
  • You are proactive, action-oriented and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • You make smart decisions backed by excellent judgement.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
