We are looking for an experienced and multi-talented Senior Artist with the ability to conceive, create and be a key part of the team in creating innovative experiences via artistic visuals for AAA titles. Proven experience in generating a diverse range of styles, technical expertise with current genβ technology and / or illustration skills are certainly of benefit.
Requirements
At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals.
Excellent resource management and judgement .
Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
Someone who is self motivated, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience.
Excellent at managing deadlines & budgets, with excellent time management skills.
2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
