Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans for esports and K-pop business initiatives
  • Manage marketing campaigns (long term & project basis)
  • Monitor, review and report analytics and campaign results
  • Manage and expand the brands (OGN & KCON)’ social media communities
  • Digital marketing – build and execute a comprehensive digital campaign including display ad, video, mobile, influencer marketing, email, SEO, SEM
  • Manage production of marketing creatives including videos, digital ads, photos, trailers, and graphics by working with internal/external design & video team
  • Create and manage marketing partnerships with media, corporate and non-profit organizations
  • Supervise work of lower level staffs
  • Other duties assigned

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree & 6 years of directly related experience in entertainment

Preferred Qualification

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Strong knowledge, interest and passion in gaming and/or Korean entertainment
  • Entertainment (game/esports/convention/music) marketing experience
  • Digital/social media marketing experience
  • Advertising/PR agency experience
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize daily agendas
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate in high stress, high volume situations
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
