Job Title: Head of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop long term and short term revenue strategies for CJ ENM America
  • Identify marketable products from CJ ENM and package together to maximize sales result. Key products will be KCON LA/NY and OGN US content
  • Participate in annual sales target setting and be responsible for sales performance
  • Map out potential clients and build network amongst them, pitch and explain CJ brands
  • Managing Key Accounts and ensure execution excellence in sales and production delivery
  • Lead and drive a sizeable team to implement vision and strategy in US market
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple departments and HQ in Korea in order to achieve network objectives and optimize revenue through strategic and creative means.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 20 years of media sales experience in US market
  • Bilingual in Korean / English preferred

Preferred Qualification

  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy planning and execution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
