Citadel Gaming Group is an upcoming organization that is being built as platform for the ever-growing eSports and Content industries. At Citadel, we work on a Fan/Player first basis, something still relatively uncommon for an organization to operate under. Our primary goal at Citadel Gaming Group is to become one of the leading brands in eSports and Entertainment.

As the General Manager at Citadel Gaming Group, you will be responsible for completing a number of day to day tasks within the organization when they arise. You will be responsible for working with our players, content creators and other roles within the organization as well as assist in their growth in the eSports industry.

As the General Manager, you will answer to the senior members of management who you will be working alongside in the daily running of the organization, whether that be communicating with the members of the organization, recruiting new members or attending meetings on the status of the organization as well as working alongside staff members in maintaining the organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in management in eSports (preferably)

• Regular user of Twitter

• Able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Google Docs/Drive/Sheets and/or Microsoft Word/Excel

• Have strong communication and time management skills

• A resume with previous work experience in eSports

Nice to have:

• Access and knowledge of Discord App

• Experience with various other social media platforms

• A passion for eSports and Gaming culture

• Experience with gaming events/LANs (as spectator, volunteer, player or manager)
