Chromatic Games, the creators of the Dungeon Defenders franchise, is offering the opportunity for a talented and driven Community Manager to work on current and future projects. We are looking for someone excited to be the bridge between our studio and players, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow. YOU may be a great fit to join our team! In this position, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Team, QA and Producers to create excitement around our community for on-going work. Be the bridge between the studio and our community. Provide feedback from players, help manage our social media, forums, and Discord server. Your mission is to create and maintain an environment where our fans can feel as part of the studio. This is a remote full-time position that will eventually transition into required on-site work in our Gainesville, Florida studio once it is safe to do so.

Responsibilities

Organize our online communities.
Manage feedback loops between devs and players.
Create and manage our social media posts.
Create online events and experiences for our fans.
Organize, plan, and be one of the faces of our Twitch streams.
Interact with millions of fans and curate a positive community.
Identify and maintain relationships with content creators.

Requirements

Love for RPGs and playing them at a high skill level.
Outgoing, professional, and friendly personality.
Great writing skills, especially as it pertains to copy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative setting.
Comfortable on camera and interacting with stream viewers.
Experience engaging and promoting content creators.
Experience with managing/moderating communities, brands, and social channels.
Understanding of best practices regarding social media usage.
Excellent time management skills.
Produce reports on updates regarding engagement and success on social channels.

Preferences

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related degree.
Familiarity with the Dungeon Defenders franchise.
