Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly organized Motion Capture Producer to join our Boston hub. This role will lead production across multiple motion capture projects, overseeing all phases from pre-production to delivery.

You'll coordinate complex workflows, manage financial reporting, and work closely with the Motion Capture Lead and the Poland-based Motion Capture department to align schedules and ensure project delivery. As a key liaison, you will maintain a deep understanding of the mocap pipeline and drive process improvements.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple motion capture projects at various development stages.

  • Act as the primary communication point between teams and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate motion capture shoots, including talent scheduling, studio booking, and equipment management.

  • Collaborate with teams across animation, cinematics, and gameplay to meet project needs.

  • Track budgets and timelines for projects.

  • Identify and help deliver technical needs.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage contracts.

  • Ensure action items are followed up on, maintaining schedule and budget.

  • Visualize, prioritize, and remove waste and impediments.

  • Improve and implement production processes and workflows.

  • Collaborate with department leads and support daily team tasks.

  • Support team growth.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative environment.

  • Experience managing multi-project and cross-functional teams with budget oversight.

  • Proven understanding of Motion Capture and Performance Capture pipelines.

  • Organizational and project management skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Positive and constructive attitude.

  • Experience using project management tools.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in development and shipment of a AAA title.

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.

  • Knowledge of Agile processes/development.
