CCP is looking for a qualified Systems Administrator who likes working in a casual, dynamic environment surrounded by imaginative people in the computer gaming industry. This position requires the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential information and situations, as well as the ability to concurrently manage various tasks with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities/Duties include:

  • Provide technical support, maintenance and administration for internal, game-cluster, network infrastructure and internet based systems and applications.
  • Be qualified to install, support, secure and maintain Windows domain environments, Linux, virtualization platforms, network enviornemt, monitoring systems, computer operating systems and related hardware, storage and software.
  • Respond to and analyze infrastructure system alerts and create incident reports.
  • Have an advanced networking comprehension and customer serviced focus - to assist with all developer and internal user needs.
  • Takes part in rotating schedule for 24/7 internal support hotline with other team members.

Requirements

  • University degree, major in computer science or related
  • 3+ years experience supporting end users and servers in a Microsoft Windows clustered And Linux environment.
  • Cisco CCNA and Microsoft certification.
  • Possess both the ability and desire to research, suggest, plan and deploy better, more efficient and cost saving technology solutions and IT best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a proactive manner, and a can-do attitude that strives for excellence and ensuring projects are followed through till the end.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in Manderin and English, both oral and written.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in storage, server infrastructure and/or virtualization.
  • Ability to design, implement and support larg-scale network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Internet load balancing, VPN and remote access systems.
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification levels preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of cloud technologies (AWS, OpenStack, CloudStack, Terraform, Kubernetes and such).
