  • Drive teams to deliver on-time & on-budget results at AAA quality
  • Maintain clear documentation on sprint goals
  • Work with QA and design to prioritize bug fixes and tuning
  • Identify and mitigate risks early and communicate them clearly
  • Manage the process and structure of the functional teams
  • Ensure all team members have the resources they need and resolve bottlenecks before they arise

Your profile:

  • Have your own computer and internet, capable of playing modern PC games, and willing to work from home
  • Able to work near our core hours of 10:00-16:00 UTC
  • Solid experience in game production, PC and console preferred. Shipped multiple AAA titles
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to create schedules, monitor, and update progress
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, specifically with SCRUM teams

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with UE4
  • Familiarity with the EVE universe
