The Partner Management team is responsible for developing top-tier influencers into Caffeine’s top broadcasters by applying a systematic approach for training, marketing, and onboarding this select group of influencers and creators. The Head of Partner Management will lead a team of Strategic Partner Managers, while building the tools and processes to ensure our creators have an amazing experience on Caffeine. Working closely with the Creator Growth team, you will ensure a smooth transition for onboarding creators through to long-term partner management and support.

What You'll Do

  • Define the success metrics for the Partner Management team that include creator happiness, audience development, increasing engagement, and monetization.
  • Lead and attract a team of Strategic Partner Managers to support influencers and creators on the Caffeine platform.
  • Develop best practices for various types of creators and content providers that are new to Caffeine.
  • Partner with Caffeine marketing team as well as external marketing teams to build plans aligned to creator types.
  • Coordinate work cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Growth, Engineering, etc) to ensure launches are successful.
  • Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high quality streams and broadcasts.

Who You Are & What You've Done

  • 8+ years experience in leading a customer-facing, social organization, preferably in a media/talent-focused industry
  • 5+ years leading teams
  • Ability to lead and influence through negotiation and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers and a real passion for company growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Hardworking and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
