At Caffeine, we want to change how people consume live television - making it more friendly, connected, and fun. To do this, we’re building a new social broadcasting platform that features world-class content, easy-to-use broadcasting tools, a social and fun viewing experience, and an engaged broadcaster community.

This is an exciting and enormous challenge and we will only be successful if we build a supportive team. To do this, we believe that our teams need to prioritize delighting our community of viewers and broadcasters, work with intention, take ownership of our commitments, and act with resilience and determination.

We are looking for a strong Community Program Manager to join our Community Team to help develop, execute, and lead our creator programs strategy. You will take on the strategic development of our Partner programs from planning to execution. You will also have the autonomy to think strategically about these programs and work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to execute and iterate on them. This is an exciting opportunity where you can directly impact our broadcaster community and engage with a diverse community of gamers, sports enthusiasts and influencers.

What you'll do:

  • Own our Ambassadors program strategy, execution, and budget. Constantly iterate the program with a strategic eye on where your programs fit into the ecosystem of creators to drive maximum impact.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of community members, leaders, and influencers to participate in the program.
  • Design strategic program plans, roadmaps, project management docs, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to ensure all pieces of your program are working.
  • Engage regularly with our community to have a deep understanding of their motivations, pain points, and feedback. Develop a close relationship with key influencers in your community.

Who you are & What you've done:

  • You have had 5+ years of experience in program/project management and you're familiar with management tools (Airtable, Asana, Smartsheets, Google docs, etc.)
  • You pride yourself on being highly detail-oriented and are confident in your ability to build out impeccable program documentation and structure
  • You possess the soft skill tool set to influence and lead various teams and stakeholders
  • You are familiar with the industry landscape across gaming, esports, and sports
  • You are a self-starter that is comfortable in start-up environments with a passion for building highly engaged communities

We are committed to an inclusive and diverse Caffeine. We believe that different perspectives lead to better ideas, and better ideas allow us to better understand the needs and interests of our diverse, global community. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives and are an equal opportunity employer.
