As Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team. You will help them grow, adapt, and run the business. The Chief of Staff is a strategist, consultant and implementer and will streamline activities within the Leadership Team. Ultimately enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you'll help run the business cadence, lead strategic projects, and communicate strategy and decision-making within the leadership team and key partners. This will include handling leadership meetings, strategy reviews and leadership offsite meetings. You will partner with leadership to craft agendas that inform our employees and BOD members. Always with an eye on cross-functional collaboration to ensure teams deliver innovation at speed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple complex cross-functional projects driving organizational-wide impact
  • Drive leadership team towards clear, efficient and accountable decision making.
  • Be an outstanding communicator.
  • Support the CEO in overall communications strategy across the business and coordinate planning of internal and external events (weekly all hands, QRB, and leadership offsites).
  • Dive and coordinate Board of Directors meeting preparation.
  • Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings to management and the broader organization.
  • Build positive relationships across all functions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

Who You Are & What You've Done

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive ideally in a high tech industry.
  • Proven experience in a project or program management.
  • History of driving complex projects in the face of ambiguity and showing results.
  • Solid understanding of the business, finance and analytics.
  • Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
