YOUR TASKS
In this role you lead live operations activities for all of Bytro’s live games. You work closely with all game teams, customer support and other departments to determine and execute the roadmap, manage live operational activities, analyze and monitor the necessary KPIs.
- Analyze product KPIs to continuously iterate on live operation (e.g. events, promotions, specials) feature development and balancing
- Design and pitch new live operation activities with game teams - and execute on them
- Enhance current tooling and optimize workflows
YOUR PROFILE
- You have several years of experience in monetization game design
- You have extensive knowledge in live operations for games
- You have excellent analytical thinking skills
- You have superb time management skills and communication skills
- You have knowledge on strategy mobile games
- You are metrics driven to drive continuous monetization improvements
