The Manager of Publishing Analytics will lead a team in the delivery of analytics and forecasting to inform Bungie Publishing’s live service management and strategic planning. Bungie Publishing is responsible for the activities associated with marketing, distributing, and monetizing our games.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Analytics, the Manager of Publishing Analytics will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management leaders. You will have the autonomy to work directly with senior team members on time-sensitive, challenging business questions that shape Bungie’s strategic direction. Your ability to drive an ambiguous request through to an exec-ready deliverable will be critical to success in this role.

Your team will include two functional groups: Marketing Analytics and Demand Planning. The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for reporting and analysis on Paid Media and more general marketing campaigns, Bungie.net website performance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Community, and Consumer Products. The Demand Planning team is responsible for cyclical forecasting for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), building forecasts for new products, and business analysis for the Sales and Strategic Partnerships teams.

You will be responsible for guiding your team through the full lifecycle of Publishing analytics projects, including request intake, requirements gathering, working with analysts to design an approach, and final delivery of work product. You will rely on a variety of analytics methods and data sources. You and your team will build measurement frameworks and dashboards, forecast future performance, and conduct ad hoc analysis on campaigns and strategic initiatives.

With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
