Our ideal Production Graphic Designer will support multiple facets of production design for video game marketing releases into a variety of channels, including: all game platforms, print, web, mobile, digital, PR, marketing product development and companion applications. You will create and collaborate in the production of designs and then forge them into real world elements. You understand how marketing assets for video games and their various platforms are created and are able to produce and navigate their various specifications and requirements with ease.

Estimated Duration: 12 Months

With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in WA & CA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in WA & CA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA & WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Platform and Internal upsell graphics: Meta Data and similar imagery created within specs for all major platforms (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Xbox SeriesX, Steam, Stadia, Amazon Prime, Twitch, Twitch Prime, etc.) as well as internal proprietary platforms for in-game upsells and similar
  • Print ads, swag, internal morale pieces, mock-ups, icons
  • Web marketing graphics, Banner ads, GIFS, mobile, apps, and other game supporting digital/interactive items
  • Help take screenshots and collect assets for marketing needs
  • Work though iterative processes to help create and optimize graphics according to pre-approved spec and standards for print or digital

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of traditional and modern graphic design techniques and styles; capable of implementing their visual paradigms effectively
  • Understanding and passion of design fundamentals such as typography, composition, and how graphic design can be most effect in communicating ideas, big and small
  • Highly collaborative and able to meet moving deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly are required, as our engines and tools use a collection of proprietary technology
  • Experience with style manuals, reference materials, layout skills and print production
  • Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have an online portfolio

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design or related area
