Bungie is seeking a Solutions Architect with a focus on End User Experience (EUX), and a keen eye towards endpoint management and remote user experience solutions, who is able to provide direction and guidance to Engineering SMEs in those areas. As a Solutions Architect at Bungie, you will architect, implement and support technology solutions for our studio & datacenter operations, global partner integrations and customer facing production systems. You will work with our internal business partners to drive the strategy of our end user experience across Bungie. While this role is not a direct people manager, you’ll provide technical area leadership to a team of highly experienced IT engineers and administrators to continuously improve and evolve our technology infrastructures to ensure Bungie remains at the pinnacle as an entertainment company.
Successful candidates must be a seasoned & experienced professional, have a drive for excellence, solid work ethic, strong ability to mentor others, be able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways, possess solid project management skills, be highly organized and have the communication skills to work with and influence technical and non-technical people alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical lead for team designing and maintaining remote access and endpoint management systems
Collaborating with our Information Security team on cross-functional initiatives and investigations as necessary
Work with team member to design, deploy, and help maintain remote access solutions for our hybrid and remote workforce
Work with team member to design, deploy, and help maintain endpoint management systems for corporate devices and BYOD scenarios
Collaborates with department or team leads to work on complex issues or projects within their platform ecosystem(s)
Setting discipline specific IT standards and procedures for studio or production environments, based on studio or department technical vision
Contributes to policy and vision creation in area of expertise, including plans for support and operations
Work with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and work with lower tier support on escalations
Assist with ongoing training for our Support teams
Investigate and keep up with new technology to identify where our projects and environments can benefit from its use
Maintain documentation of systems and processes
Provide EUX after hours escalation assistance as the highest escalation point for sub-discipline related issues
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in leading technical deployment aspects of a hybrid\remote workplace transformation
Experience deploying and managing virtual desktop infrastructure
Design, Implementing, and administering remote workstation and application solutions
Collaborates with department or team leads to work on complex issues or projects within their platform ecosystem(s)
Work with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and work with support on escalations
Managing high complexity projects with multiple team members and stakeholders
Knowledge of datacenter and live production best practices and experience working in live high availability customer facing production environments
Working with multiple vendors to select and test new technology
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Experience with BYOD/Guest Wireless registration systems

In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range
$166,000—$195,000 USD
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
