We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to fill the position of Rigger. In this role, you will work with the most publicized children's brands on the market.

The Rigger will have to ensure the creation/implementation of the highly versatile rigging systems, animation tools and interfaces for the execution of all specific videogame projects.

You will be fully empowered with close collaborations with the Lead 3D Artist and Animator, in defining the rig requirements and the maintenance of all 3D characters throughout the animation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the rigging workflow, pipeline, and design the documentation for your team;
  • Develop and improve the tools, procedures for the streamlining of an efficient animation pipeline;
  • Provide knowledge and solutions for complex rigging, animation, and shading pipeline problems;
  • Animate and create Motion editing within a complex animation system;
  • Hands-on approach in rigging of a variety of characters and props;

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience and a keen eye for motion and animation in videogames;
  • Working knowledge of 3DSMAX;
  • Motion Builder is a MUST;
  • Team player, good communication skills, functional English proficiency;
  • Good knowledge of Unity game engines would be a big advantage;

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years or more of experience as a Rigger in the videogames industry;
  • Experience developing for mobile preferably —at least two full production cycles;
  • Expert knowledge of 3DMax;
  • Scripting knowledge (HLSL, C#, JavaScript, Maxscript, Python) is an asset;
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Time management skills: deliver on time and in quality;
  • Attention to details;
  • Creative, resourceful, organized and disciplined individual;
  • Adaptability and flexibility required.
