Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the team developing, writing and publishing engaging content for all social media channels
• Copywrite and edit content as needed, including UI UX, blog posts, social media and email campaigns
• Demonstrable experience in taking initiative, budgeting and project managing from start to end
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, hashtags, and memes to utilize for social media posts. You are an avid reddit browser and the community laughs at your memes.
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with our business goals
• Suggest new and innovative features to develop brand awareness
• Collaborate with events and product team to make creative content that will drive followers to engage, react, and share (including contests and sweepstakes, tournament announcements, influencer posts, and special events)

Your background includes

• Proven work experience as a social media manager (1-2 years minimum)
• At least one social profile that you have actively worked on (demonstrable experience)
• Demonstrated ability that you do and will continue to keep up with gaming trends and associated banter
• Hands on experience in content management
• Exceptional team player
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
